Andrew (Drew) Gromnicki

With 20 years of combined experience in law and business, Drew provides a practical and creative approach to corporate finance, securities and energy law issues.

Today, Drew practices primarily in the areas of securities, corporate, commercial, oil and gas law. In the securities area, his work has included initial public offerings, takeover bids, public and private share and debt financings involving offering memoranda and mutual fund trusts, business combinations and international stock exchange listings.

Although his main focus is the Province of Alberta, he has provided advice regarding transactions completed across Canada, in the United States, Europe, Central America and the Caribbean.

In addition to his busy practice, Drew has acted as a director and officer for a number of public and private companies providing assistance in developing corporate plans, going public, and compliance with ever increasing corporate governance demands.

In his spare time, you might find Drew out on the water swimming or windsurfing, most likely in an exotic location.
